Neev Industry Sprint Program

Terms & Conditions

Neev is an execution-driven mentorship program. These terms explain the program structure, student expectations, selection criteria, and the conditions that govern participation.

1. Program Overview

Neev is a structured, task-based, mentor-guided program designed to help students build real-world software projects. This is not a traditional course, a placement guarantee, or a passive learning platform. Learning happens through building, executing, reviewing, and iterating.

2. Eligibility & Selection

Candidates should have a basic understanding of programming, preferably JavaScript or web development. Admission is limited and based on resume submission, shortlisting, and interview. Neev reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

3. Program Structure & Expectations

The program runs for 8 weeks with an expected weekly commitment of 8–15 hours. Weekend mentorship sessions provide guidance and review, while weekdays are for independent execution and problem solving.

Neev does not provide spoon-feeding, step-by-step hand-holding, or watch-and-follow tutorials. The program focuses on building problem-solving ability and independent execution.

4. Student Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of your work.
  • Attempt problem-solving before asking for help.
  • Maintain professional communication.
  • Respect mentors and peers.

Misconduct such as plagiarism, disruptive behavior, spamming, or lack of participation may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Flexibility for Students

Neev is designed to be flexible for students attending college, preparing for exams, or appearing for interviews. Students are expected to manage their time and complete required work despite other commitments.

6. Intellectual Property

Projects assigned by Neev remain the property of Neev, while students may use them for portfolio purposes only. Student-initiated projects remain the student’s own work, and any collaboration or commercialization requires a separate agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neev does not guarantee job placements, internships, or income outcomes. The program provides structure, mentorship, and guidance, while execution and results depend on student effort and consistency.

8. Program Philosophy

Neev is built on the principle: Execution > Consumption. This program is for students who want to build, are ready to struggle, and want real experience rather than passive learning.

9. Final Statement

By enrolling in Neev, students agree to commit to the process, take responsibility for their learning, and respect the structure and guidelines.
