Certification Policy for Neev

Certification is not automatic. Neev issues certificates only after students demonstrate meaningful work, consistent participation, and honest execution.

Mandatory Requirements

Complete the assigned project.
Submit a working, functional application.
Maintain at least 70% participation.
Attend key review sessions.
Show consistent GitHub activity with commits and progress.

When Certification Is Not Issued

Project is incomplete.
Work is copied or plagiarized.
Student is inactive.
No meaningful contribution is shown.

Principle

Certificates reflect actual work and execution, not enrollment. They are awarded based on demonstrated progress and authentic project delivery.
