Refund Policy for Neev Industry Sprint

Neev allocates mentorship time, planning, and support resources in advance. Refunds are structured to reflect the program’s limited seats and the work required to keep the cohort focused.

Full Refund

A full refund is available only if requested before the program start date.

Refund During Program

Within the first week: 80% refund.

Within the second week: 50% refund.

No Refund After Week Two

No refund is available after the completion of the second week. This policy helps maintain commitment and ensures the cohort can move forward without unnecessary churn.

Refund Exceptions

No refund is provided if a student is removed for misconduct.
No refund is provided if a student is inactive or fails to participate.

Seats are limited and support resources are allocated ahead of time. Refunds follow this structured schedule to keep the program fair for all participants.
